Our Mission

MCCWT aims to go deeper than simply improving performance in school or in athletics. Every moment provides an opportunity to prepare children and young adults to face the world independently and successfully by fostering a positive understanding of struggle and competition. Finding the joy in effort and outcome will help build a foundation of appreciation upon which to build greater achievements.

In a society that attempts to protect children from challenges and disappointment, we hope to guide our athletes and students toward accepting the inevitability of both and teaching them how to maximize those experiences.

Not only do we hope to train and teach for greater success, but also prepare for the difficult times.
