Kimberly Graham - CHICAGO-LAND

Coach Graham’s passion for mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing is both personal and professional.  A traditionally trained educator, she earned her bachelor’s from Bradley University (B.A. English, Secondary Education ‘08) and her masters from the University of Michigan (M.A. Educational Policy & Leadership ‘13). Seeing the tolls the educational system can take on students, teachers, and parents alike, she began exploring ways to incorporate a focus on wellness, happiness, and service into daily life – both inside and outside of the curriculum.  This resulted in the creation and teaching of The Good Life, an innovative, renowned course that merges the exploration of global joy, the study of positive psychology, and the practices of short and long-term happiness.

Additionally, Coach Graham teaches English, specializing in both AP English Language & American Literature, and has years of coaching and Action Based Learning experience.  She is currently a teacher, coach, and the Coordinator for Student Leadership and Student Life at Lake Forest Academy, in Lake Forest, IL.
